This list aims to assist enterprises in reviewing whether the trading parties are individuals or entities identified as high-risk for export control by various governments. Not only should the export control entity list be cross-referenced when exporting or re-exporting, it should also be checked when (1) foreign export control clients remit payments to domestic manufacturers and (2) when providing services to export control clients' products. Without prior government notification and obtaining an export license, all of the aforementioned transactions must be suspended. This dataset provides fields such as item number, name, address (optional), passport number, or vessel number (optional).
