1. The number of issued cases "0" is for supplementary issuance or withdrawal cases, so it is not counted as a case. 2. The monthly pension received by the applicant is the first monthly pension applied for and approved by the labor department, which is issued from the month after receiving the application until the end of that quarter. Subsequently, it is issued regularly every February, May, August, and November, so the number of monthly pension issuances includes the first issuance (monthly pension notation 1) and subsequent issuances (monthly pension notation 2).
