The definition of disastrous weather: disastrous weather referred to in these guidelines refers to weather phenomena such as typhoons, heavy rain, torrential rain, thunderstorms, hail, dense fog, tornadoes, strong winds, low temperatures, burning winds, droughts, etc., which may cause loss of life or property as specified in Article 12 of the Meteorology Act.
