To comply with Article 17 of the Personal Data Protection Act, government agencies should publicly disclose the names of personal data files, the names and contact information of the holding agencies, the basis and specific purposes of holding the personal data files, and the categories of personal data. This allows individuals to exercise their right to make autonomous decisions regarding personal data and prevents infringement of the right to personality (information privacy). This dataset provides a summary of the items held and managed by this department for reference and use by the public.
