"Experts' Roundtable on the Open Data Act" Meeting Minutes
In response to the coming of the data-driven and digital economy era, in order to complete the cross-domain data sharing and application environment, and to balance the open data of the government between public interests and industrial applications, the National Development Council initiated the legislative process of open data in 2020 and set it as a key work item for 2020, after gathering consensus from all sectors, a draft special law was prepared.
