To promote transparency in real estate transactions and to establish a user-friendly online search platform, the New Taipei City Government's Department of Land Administration has announced that land current value data is open to the public for download. As the amount of current value data is large, please refer to the data usage instructions and frequently asked questions before obtaining the data.
