Implemented from July 1, 2017, and applicable to newly, expanded, or renovated houses completed after July 1, 2014. Note: The depreciation rate for Ruifang District, Pingxi District, Shuangxi District, Gongliao District, Jinshan District, Wanli District, Tamsui District, Sanzhi District, Shimen District, and Bali District is increased by 0.05% according to the above standards. For example, the depreciation rate for reinforced concrete construction is 1.17% and should be increased to 1.22%.
