In this city, the number of motorcycle riders and passengers injured in traffic accidents in 2014 was 30,868, including 30,668 wearing helmets, a ratio of 99.3%. However, wearing a helmet does not guarantee absolute safety, and there is still a high possibility of injury to other parts of the body.
