New Taipei City transfers the list of items to be sold under the 73-1st of the Land Act to the National Property Administration of the Ministry of Finance.
Compliance with Article 73-1 of the Land Law for real estate that has not undergone inheritance registration for 15 years, those who have not applied for registration shall have the land or buildings and improvements listed by the land administration authority transferred to the public auction by the national property agency of the Ministry of Finance.
