To promote the transparency of real estate transactions and to establish a convenient and friendly online inquiry platform, the New Taipei City Government Department of Land Administration has open the announcement of land current value data to the public, and people are encouraged to make good use of the downloads. The amount of current land value data announced is relatively large, so please refer to the data usage instructions and FAQs before obtaining the data.
