Anyone of the city's low-income households who is over 65 years old or an indigenous person over 55 years old, and meets the following criteria: receiving a living allowance, a disability living allowance, full government subsidies for accommodation and placement, or receiving more than fifty percent of the government's subsidies for daily care and accommodation for people with disabilities, as assessed by a doctor to require dentures, can go to a contracted dental clinic in the city to have dentures installed for free.
