The Taipei City Government, the officials of each institution and school (not including the Mass Rapid Transit Corporation), the number of formal staff members (including employees) and teachers at each educational level are classified as follows for statistical purposes:1. Administrative agencies: as referred to in Article 2 of the Regulations for the Organization of Local Administrative Agencies.2. Public utility institutions: referring to the Taipei Water Department and its affiliated engineering and chattel mortgage sections.3. Health care institutions: referring to the joint hospitals.4. Public schools at all levels: referring to Taipei Municipal University, public schools at all levels, and kindergartens.
