Note
1. Employers should report the actual monthly wages of their employees based on the "Monthly Contribution Table for Labor Retirement Pension" and calculate the amount of the retirement pension contributed by the employer to the employee based on the monthly reported wages, the contribution rate, and the total days of employment in the month. Therefore, the accurate reporting of monthly wages will affect the amount of retirement pension, which is closely related to the rights of the employees.2. Additionally, due to the partial amendment of the Labor Retirement Pension Act that took effect on May 17, 2019, employers, self-employed individuals, and appointed workers may voluntarily contribute to their retirement pension within 6% of their monthly wages or business income. Consequently, the name of the original "Monthly Contribution Table for Labor Retirement Pension" has been changed to "Monthly Contribution Table for Labor Retirement Pension Grade" to align with the amendment, and the column for actual wages is revised as "Actual Wages/Business Income," while the column for monthly contribution is revised as "Monthly Contribution/Monthly Contribution for Business Income."
