Early warning and withdrawal mechanism for public construction design review
The Executive Yuan promulgated the "Public Construction Project Review, Early Warning and Withdrawal Mechanism" (hereinafter referred to as the Early Warning Mechanism) by letter on December 13, 2016, which will be implemented on January 1, 207. The goal of the early warning mechanism is to improve the execution capabilities of various agencies. Effectively control the implementation of public construction projects on schedule and quality, and feedback early warning results to plan review and verify budget preparation.
