The purpose of this study is to construct a scale for assessing the risk of re-offending for sexual offenders, through the assessment of the changes in the risk assessment of parolees using the "Sexual Offender Recidivism Risk Assessment Scale" by caregivers and therapists. This assessment will assist in the development and implementation of community treatment and parole supervision plans. The content of the dynamic recidivism risk assessment scale for sexual offenses is mainly based on domestic and international literature and data, including empirical research, clinical treatment practices, and the experiences of caregivers.
