As a form of easy punishment, the service of social labor was originally intended to alleviate the incarceration of the population and save national budgetary expenditures. However, since its implementation in my country at the end of 2009, both the number of execution cases and the performance completion rate have been trending downward year by year. Has the social labor system of Yifu gone through prosperity in just 10 years and is facing a recession? It is indeed worth further exploring the possible reasons.
