The past-month alcohol consumption rate among 12-17 year olds
The information comes from the "National Health Interview Survey" jointly organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare's National Health Administration and the National Health Research Institutes. The survey uses face-to-face interviews to collect various types of survey data related to the health of the population. For more information, please visit the "National Health Interview Survey" website (http://nhis.nhri.org.tw/).The definition of "12-17-year-old alcohol drinking rate in the past month" refers to the percentage of 12-17-year-olds who have consumed various types of alcoholic beverages in the past month, including Bacchus B, Visbi, and medicinal wines, but not including alcohol added when cooking or alcohol that has evaporated, or just tasting. The calculation formula is the number of 12-17-year-olds who answered "yes" to having drunk alcohol (even occasionally or for entertainment) in the "last seven days" or "over one week to one month ago" divided by the number of valid completed interviews of 12-17-year-olds, multiplied by 100%.
