Article 25 of the Coastal Management Act may exclude port waters in specific areas
If "the existing legally established facilities or ports are located within the outline of the existing breakwater" and are deemed to be excluded by the central competent authority, they do not need to apply for a specific location permit in accordance with Article 25 of this Law.
