Statistics of merger cases approved or not prohibited by the Fair Trade Commission (divided according to the type of merger)
This data set provides statistics on cases of combinations approved or not prohibited by the Association and classified by type of combination - Article 10, Paragraph 1, Paragraphs 1 to 5 of the Fair Trade Act. Because some combination cases are applicable to more than two types, the sum of the number of each combination type exceeds the total number of combinations.
