Data contents: Presenting the composition of the total energy demand in Taiwan in the past 21 years, including domestic energy consumption, exports, international maritime shipping, international aviation, inventory changes, product transformation (exports), statistical differences, input transformation, total output transformation, and a statistical table of losses, with symbols for each field.2. Collection purposes: As the basis for the planning and management of energy-related policies in Taiwan.3. Collection methods:(1) Domestic energy consumption: Recording the self-use and final consumption of energy sectors by energy type (including energy consumption and non-energy consumption).(2) Other items:A. Exports, international maritime shipping, international aviation: Recording energy used outside the country.B. Product transformation (exports), input transformation, total output transformation (including product transformation (imports), output transformation): Recording the quantity used for mutual transformation of energy within Taiwan.C. Inventory changes, statistical differences, losses: Serving as statistical balance items of energy supply and demand or losses in the energy distribution process.
