In order for the public and trademark applicants to understand our country's trademark system, the Intellectual Property Office has compiled a "Understanding Trademarks" reference material, which introduces basic knowledge of trademarks, trademark application procedures and precautions, and relevant information on how to use and continue rights after registration in a clear and understandable manner.
