My country, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and the Philippines officially established the "Global Cross-Border Privacy Rules Forum" on April 21, 111 (2019). The aim is to promote the APEC "Cross-Border Privacy Rules System" globally and become an international organization that promotes the free flow of data and effective data privacy protection, and to release relevant basic documents of the Forum.
