The organization, based on its role as the competent authority for marine affairs and in guiding local governments in actively developing towards the sea, has developed a "Plan for Strengthening the Safety of Marine Recreation Activities through Collaboration with Local Governments and Civil Society Organizations in the Years 2022-2025." The main goal of the plan is to strengthen cooperation between central and local governments, improve the safety environment for water recreation activities, establish regional joint defense mechanisms, and gradually enhance the capacity of our country's life-saving and rescue capabilities.
