This document includes a general catalog, provides a compilation of case catalogs and case summaries as well as the legal basis. The main content is to introduce common cases of water conservancy regulations (including the Water Conservancy Law, the Review Procedures for Water Rights Registration, the Hot Spring Law, and the Hot Spring Development Permit Regulations). For each case, the content includes a brief introduction of the case facts, as well as the reasons for appeal and administrative remedy, and provides links to appeal decisions, court judgments, and other documents for reference, with the aim of enabling colleagues and the public to gain a sufficient understanding and awareness of water conservancy regulations or related cases. This data has been published on the global website of the Water Resources Agency, and the open data has been published in the link directory.
