To reward and commend excellent teachers who have made outstanding contributions to teaching at the Central Police University, the selection of outstanding teachers is held once a year, recommended by teaching units or applied for by teachers themselves. After the recommendation is approved by the teaching unit meeting, one or two names are recommended to the selection committee, which then evaluates the award recipients.
