The Financial Joint Credit Information Center adds statistical trend data on the remaining balance of construction loans.
The data source is the "Monthly Report Data File on Financial Institution Credit Balances" submitted by each member institution of the Credit Information Center, classified as construction loans. Statistics on the amount of new loans added in the current month. Excludes credit accounts that are overdue, under collection, and non-performing.
