The secretaries of the reserve service duty manning and management centers under the jurisdiction of each city and county assist the grassroots reserve service duty men in their work. Through the organization system of service duty manning and management, they help to maintain the rights and interests, resolve doubts and emergencies, and serve reserve service duty men to enhance cohesive forces and identity. They are willing to participate in regular organizational meetings and activities, and in times of emergency or war, they are willing to be called up to be important auxiliary manpower for disaster prevention and relief or to support military actions.
