To assist the Ministry of Economic Affairs in response to the green transformation towards NetZero and the digital economy era, changes in industrial technology and international competitiveness among countries; the increasingly complex challenges of economy, society, and environment; advanced countries continue to introduce new industrial innovation policies and execution methods; and the restructuring of international industrial technology supply chains, global open innovation cooperation is becoming increasingly important to our country's changing situation. This project takes the guidance of the Industrial Technology Bureau's Technology Policy Division as its guiding principle, to instantly grasp the dynamic of our country's technological R&D innovation and international competitiveness; anticipate the trends in the promotion of industrial innovation policies by advanced countries, regions, and international organizations; construct and operate an international innovation policy exchange platform to grasp the collaborative opportunities brought by the restructuring of international supply chains, in order to continuously optimize the promotion and implementation functions of industrial innovation policies.
