Ecological survey dataset for the entire marine area
Through the application of environmental DNA technology, genetic information of marine environmental DNA from over 100 stations in the entire sea area of Taiwan has been successfully collected, and the analysis has produced the composition of three major biological groups: microorganisms, eukaryotes, and fish. This marks a milestone in marine research in Taiwan.
