Airport Departure Passenger Service System Survey Research Case
This study explores the transformation of airports in the context of globalization, evolving from simple transportation facilities into multifunctional spaces integrating the flow of people, information, and commercial activities. Taking Taoyuan International Airport as an example, it illustrates its efforts and achievements in enhancing facilities and service quality, including international recognition and awards. However, as passenger numbers grow, challenges such as inefficient navigation for non-boarding passengers and delayed baggage handling persist. The research suggests that implementing more effective notification and guidance systems, providing personalized information services, would help improve the passenger experience and airport operational efficiency, serving as a basis for future improvement.
