This project is a series of research on "Regional Comprehensive Transportation Planning" that has been carried out since 2016. From 2022 to 2024, we conducted the "Eastern Taiwan Regional Comprehensive Transportation Planning Series Study", focusing on the Eastern Taiwan region (Yilan County, Hualien County, Taitung County), and conducted a three-year study on travel characteristics survey analysis, supply and demand forecast analysis, and development strategy analysis. The focus of the work in 2023 is to establish the "2023 Eastern Taiwan Transportation Demand Model" based on the travel characteristics survey results of 2021, and to conduct current and future supply and demand forecast analysis, in order to facilitate the positioning and strategic review of the development of the overall transportation in Eastern Taiwan in subsequent years based on these forecast results.
