This dataset provides statistical data on the completion rates of various vaccines in the townships and cities of Yunlin County in 2025. It covers nine types of vaccines including Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, pentavalent, BCG, varicella, Japanese encephalitis, diphtheria-tetanus, pneumococcal, and MMR vaccines. The data is grouped by date of birth, recording the number of doses to be administered, the actual number of doses administered, and the vaccination rate, providing comprehensive monitoring data for vaccine administration to support the formulation of public health policies and assessment of vaccination coverage.
