This project aims to explore the short-term development of maritime safety for passenger ships by the International Maritime Organization, the European Union, and New Zealand, and to examine the differences in the practical operation of passenger ship safety management and navigation administration between our country and internationally advanced countries, with the hope of proposing improvements and suggestions for the safety management of passenger ships in our country.
