To effectively enhance the safety of ships at sea, this project utilizes the port authority's automatic identification system for ships to analyze value-added navigation data. The project focuses on the application of smart navigation safety and marine meteorological information in modern maritime management, with a special emphasis on the development of the Very High-Frequency Data Exchange System (VDES), the collection and analysis of ship data in the waters surrounding Taiwan, and the study of port marine meteorological characteristics and maritime accidents. The goal is to strengthen the technical development of our country's port services and ship monitoring and early warning system, in order to achieve the goal of deepening the intelligence of transportation technology in maritime shipping.
