Unit: NT dollars/square meter; Note: The entire building is based on the structure, total number of floors, and usage of the building, and the same standard unit price applies to each floor. For example: If the structure is reinforced concrete, the total number of floors is 5, and the house is used for residential purposes (Type 3), the standard unit price applicable to floors 1-5 is 5,540 yuan.
