Datagov Opendata Platform

The research project aims to estimate the demand for mobile communication spectrum in Taiwan in 2030 and the economic benefits of releasing that bandwidth. The estimation methods involve modeling based on data provided by domestic operators and models proposed by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The model also considers the impact of spectrum demand under different scenarios, such as changes in 4G and 5G users.
