Production and in-sea testing of a 20 kW floating ocean current turbine
To develop a symmetrical 20 kW floating ocean current generator, this project plans to continue the research and development of the previous year's achievements, in order to provide an important opportunity for the independent technical development of Taiwan's Kuroshio energy, and to continuously develop independent technical capabilities and promotion of floating ocean current power generation. The hope is to gradually promote the economic benefits and commercial feasibility of the project.
