This study is based on the development of the maritime industry and the cultivation of professional talents in our institute, as well as the current industry demands and the necessity of development. The goal of the execution is to prioritize the core occupational standards and competency-based curriculum, focusing on the offshore wind power industry, to develop a comprehensive training mechanism. This aims to supplement the professional manpower gap in the maritime industry, shorten the gap between maritime industry education and training, optimize the content of vocational training, and promote the cultivation of maritime talents that better meet societal and industrial needs.
