In the course on ship stability, it will be divided into six subtopics for discussion. First, we will briefly discuss static and dynamic categorizations, followed by the static stability requirements for ships in the official ship regulations. After the ship design is completed with a fixed hull form and carrying capacity, it will naturally exhibit a predetermined stability characteristic on the water's surface. Then, the constructed ship will be verified to see if the stability values match the original design, and adjustments will be made if necessary. These are the main principles and principles explained in this book.
