This book features interviews with dozens of professionals involved in the prevention and control of COVID-19 and SARS. The interviews are accompanied by simple text, rich photos, delicate hand-drawn illustrations, and the interviewees' quotes. Through vivid and fast-paced storytelling, the book documents Taiwan's response to the major epidemic in 2020. "Walking on the Road of Fighting Against COVID-19" discusses how Taiwan inherited its experience from SARS to establish the Taiwan model in response to COVID-19. "Touching Moments Accompanied by You in the Fight Against the Epidemic" chronicles stories from the frontlines to behind the scenes, including the command center, the national team for epidemic prevention technology, the national team for masks, medical teams, and stories of civilians, reenacting the critical moments of frontline decision-making and execution.
