This project aims to calculate the capacity of materials for responding to maritime oil pollution by submitting guidelines. It assists in the compilation of the maritime pollution response materials coding manual, inventories and analyzes the capability of various central government agencies in responding to maritime pollution using the marine environment management platform, completes the capacity construction visit to the Ministry of the Interior for maritime pollution response, evaluates the stock of response materials and dispatch mechanism in the regions of Xiao Liuqiu, Orchid Island, and Green Island, and suggests matters related to the construction of response capacity for 19 coastal local governments to respond to 100-ton maritime oil pollution events. It conducts two maritime pollution emergency response chess exercises, attends live military exercises organized by local governments with maritime pollution response experts and provides comments, conducts material integration teaching and training, reviews the effectiveness of regional joint defense efforts by local governments and business units, and reviews the overall preparation of maritime pollution emergency response materials nationwide to integrate the response materials for maritime pollution from various units and improve the emergency response mechanism for maritime pollution.
