To achieve the rapid mobilization of reservists for regular exercises, emergencies, or wartime service, and to effectively utilize the manpower of reservists, the Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) and the municipalities and counties (cities) government shall jointly establish the Alternative Military Service Reserve Men Service Organization Management Center (hereinafter referred to as the Management Center), and shall be named after the name of the municipality or county (city), and shall conduct external communications in the name of the center to carry out the mobilization, service organization training, contact visits, participate in disaster prevention and relief, publicity, safety, and service, and other tasks for reservists.
