This project aims to preliminarily explore the content and development of maritime safety data at home and abroad, focusing on the data collection and related applications of maritime safety data by the maritime authorities of advanced countries, and discussing the differences between our country and international organizations and advanced countries, in order to promote the sound development of the maritime administrative investigation system.
