Based on the work results of this project, the observation data collected in recent years have been provided for reference and application by government agencies and academic units. The long-term marine meteorological observation system and marine meteorological database established by this institute can provide relevant units such as port management and harbor authorities with references for ship navigation, harbor planning, and port construction, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency and quality of ports. They can also serve as references for planning, design, and research for government agencies, consulting firms, and academic units.
