In order to effectively enhance the safety of ships at sea, this project will use the vessel automatic identification system data from the port authority for value-added application analysis, to strengthen the technological development of port services and vessel monitoring and warning in our country, aiming to achieve the goal of deepening the intelligence of transportation technology. In response to the future needs of offshore wind farms, data analysis will be conducted to explore the traffic volume of vessels in the maritime area, and maritime accident investigations will be conducted using port authority maritime databases or news reports. When accidents occur, the most recent maritime weather observations at the nearest port will be automatically exported from the maritime weather database, and the relevant results will be provided to the port authority and port companies as a basis for the application of maritime traffic management and port operation management.
