Explore the current situation and future development of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS) safety management
This project uses literature review, error tree analysis, and expert panel discussion models to explore the safety management of unmanned surface vessels (USVs) at sea and potential associated risks. The project proposes four recommendations: "developing guidelines or regulations for USV navigation governance," "formulating response strategies for USV safety management," "enhancing the scale of safety management for the development of USVs," and "formulating action plans for USV safety management." These recommendations are provided as reference and application for the development of USV safety management in our country.
