This project aims to conduct a gap analysis between benchmark countries and our country through strategic analysis of international legal and policy frameworks, green economy, and sustainable financial legal policies. Then, through interviews with stakeholders in the automotive freight industry and the public and private sectors, it will take stock and clarify the difficulties and needs of enterprises, and propose a strategic framework consisting of four major regulatory mechanisms, management planning, equipment technology, and financial tool strategies. It will also consider external environmental trends such as economic, industrial, and technological developments, and select suitable net-zero transformation policies for our country's automotive freight industry characteristics, trying to analyze the issues involved in each strategy, such as potential obstacles to implementation, in order to plan future action plans as a reference for assisting our country's freight industry to transition smoothly and enhance industry competitiveness.
