This project mainly reviews the foreign literature on climate change adaptation for railway systems in 113, including development trends, ways to enhance adaptive capacity, new technology applications, and relevant practical cases. It also takes stock of the current adaptation methods for climate change in our country's railway systems, and then further explores the factors affecting the resilience of railway systems to climate change impacts, and devises mechanisms and methods to enhance railway system's adaptive capacity to climate change.
