This project aims to systematically explore and propose relevant suggestions for the Da'an knowledge platform architecture, accident causation analysis, professional development of Da'an personnel, and the mechanism of professional counseling teams. It is hoped that by establishing a professional ecosystem for road safety, integrating the professional capacity of Da'an, and assisting the central and local governments in effectively carrying out road safety improvement operations, the professional training mechanism will be established to enhance the expertise of practitioners and promote road traffic safety.
