From January to September of the 114th year, the number of missing persons was 18,169, a decrease of 522 (-2.79%) compared to the same period last year. The most common reasons for disappearance were "runaway from home" with 7,988 people (43.96%) and "missing due to dementia" with 1,539 people (8.47%).
